I understand that, if my request qualifies under the 7-Day FSMP Fit Guarantee, my access to FSMP, including the lessons, resources, recordings, and member portal, will be removed when my refund is processed. I also understand that the FSMP Fit Guarantee may be used only once per person. If I enroll in FSMP again, that future purchase will be final, except where otherwise required by law.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

After the form is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your request was received. Your eligibility will be verified using our purchase and access records. If your request qualifies under the 7-Day FSMP Fit Guarantee, your FSMP access will be removed and your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
