4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, scripts, and software-development tools.
We may use these technologies for:
- Necessary functions: Operating the website, maintaining security, remembering essential settings, and delivering requested services.
- Analytics: Understanding visits, traffic sources, page activity, and website performance.

We do not receive your name directly from the Pixel, but Meta may associate this information with your browser, device, or Meta account.
Where required by law, nonessential analytics and advertising technologies are used only after you provide consent through our cookie-preference tool. You can use that tool to accept, reject, or adjust available cookie categories. You may also limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality.
Advertising and analytics providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. Their use of information may include combining it with information collected from other websites, applications, or services.
5. Email Communications
If you request a resource, join our email list, purchase a service, or otherwise provide permission, we may send you educational, operational, and promotional emails.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in each promotional email. Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may send non-promotional communications about an active purchase, program, appointment, legal matter, or customer-service request.
Our email provider may collect delivery, opening, and link-click information. We use this information to operate and improve our communications.

Group coaching conversations may be recorded and made available privately to other members of the applicable program. We will provide notice when a call is being recorded. You control whether you turn on your camera, speak, use your full name, or contribute through chat, subject to the participation requirements of the particular program.
Private coaching calls may also be recorded when notice is provided and any consent required by applicable law has been obtained. Recordings may include your name, image, voice, statements, screen content, and chat messages.
Program recordings are for authorized participants and may not be copied, downloaded, republished, or shared except as expressly permitted. We cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with program rules, so avoid sharing information in a group setting that you do not want other participants to know.
Recordings are ordinarily available for the access period associated with the relevant program or service. Copies may remain temporarily in provider systems or secure backups after access ends.
7. Testimonials and Promotional Content
We use identifiable testimonials, photographs, recordings, case studies, or client stories for promotional purposes only with permission. Permission may specify the name, image, professional information, or other identifying details that may be used.
Permission to use a testimonial may be withdrawn for future uses by contacting us, subject to any existing agreement and the practical limitations of removing materials that have already been distributed or printed.

- Contract: Processing necessary to provide a program, service, purchase, appointment, or resource you requested.
- Consent: Processing based on permission, such as certain marketing communications, nonessential cookies, recordings, or testimonial use. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests: Processing reasonably necessary to operate and improve our business, communicate with customers, understand service use, protect our systems, prevent fraud, and market our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations: Processing necessary to comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements.

Thais Glenn Coaching is based in the United States. If you access our services from another country, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
Where required, we and our providers use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, approved data-transfer frameworks, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by record type and context. In general:
- Email subscriber information is retained while you remain subscribed and for a limited period afterward to maintain suppression and compliance records.
- Purchase, payment, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably necessary for business records, which is commonly up to seven years.
- Program and account records may be retained for the duration of access and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Call recordings are generally retained for the applicable program-access or service period, plus a limited operational or backup period.
- Privacy requests and consent records may be retained as necessary to document compliance.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until routinely overwritten.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include limiting access, using reputable providers, maintaining account security, and using available authentication and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals and authorities when required by applicable law.

15. Children
Our websites, coaching, and programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly permit children under 18 to enroll in our services.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact thais@thaisglenncoaching.com. We will review the matter and delete the information when required.
16. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care
Our services provide coaching, education, and personal-development information. They are not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Information shared with a coach is treated respectfully and handled according to this policy and applicable agreements. Our websites and communications may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment services, scheduling tools, or other services. We do not control their privacy or security practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing information to it.
18. Changes to This Policy
