“How do I know this program will actually work for me?”
This program isn’t about giving you one more set of rules or a checklist you’ll abandon. It’s about shifting how you see yourself and your life, by switching the lenses you’re used to viewing your reality through. Inside of the Future Self Mindset Program you’ll learn to see yourself through the lens of possibilities instead of judgment. When your identity changes, your results follow naturally.
“What if I don’t have the time to journal or attend every call?”
That’s okay. Most of our clients can’t make the live calls, and that’s totally fine. This program is designed to work even if you’re only listening in. Weekly videos are just 5–10 minutes, and even passive listening will create shifts in perspective. Of course, the more you engage, the deeper your transformation, but you won’t fall behind. This isn’t about rushing; it’s a Coaching Experience. Everything here is designed for you to know yourself and understand why you think and act the way you do.
As the saying goes: “The way you do one thing is how you do everything.” If you never find the time for what matters, it’s often a mindset issue, not just a scheduling issue.
“Is this program just going to tell me to be positive or grateful?”
No. This isn’t about toxic positivity or forcing yourself to “think happy thoughts.” It’s about reframing how you see your past, connecting with your present, and designing a future you actually want. It’s practical identity work, not sugar-coating. You’ll get to know yourself on a much deeper level, through your values, identity, and beliefs, so that your transformation feels real and sustainable.
Actually, you might be surprised to learn that instead of toxic positivity or fake gratitude, I will encourage you to bring up all of your negativity and limitations, because unless we know what is truly happening inside of your head, we can’t make any shifts.
“How is this different from therapy or other coaching programs I’ve already done?”
First of all, I LOVE therapy, and many times I recommend my coaching clients to ALSO have the support of a therapist. There’s nothing wrong with that. But therapy often looks back at your life with the intent to heal something, while many coaching programs focus on doing more.
This program is different because it centers on who you are becoming.
You’ll learn to shift your identity, evaluate without judgment, and create change that lasts, not just temporary motivation.
There’s a place for therapy, and I highly recommend having a trusted therapist. But this program isn’t about trauma or inner-child healing. If you’re currently struggling with chronic depression or suicidal ideation, this isn’t the right fit. A therapeutic approach would serve you better right now.
“What if I already have a good life, can this really help me if nothing is technically ‘wrong’?”
Absolutely. In fact, this program was created for women exactly like you, women with picture-perfect lives who still feel unfulfilled or stuck. Nothing has to be wrong for you to want more presence, joy, and life satisfaction. This work takes a good life and makes it feel deeply fulfilling.
“Will I have to share personal details with a group?”
No. While we have bi-weekly coaching and reflection calls, you always choose what to share. And unlike many programs, there is no private community space here. That’s intentional, so you can focus fully on your own life, your own context, and your own future.
“How quickly will I start noticing a change?”
Most clients notice shifts almost immediately, often in the very first few weeks. Even small mindset changes create new ways of seeing yourself and your life. The deeper identity work builds over time, and after a year, your Future Self won’t just feel like a dream, it will feel like who you are.
